Outfitting

We are limited with who we can accommodate on a trip by the equipment we use. For safety concerns we are unfortunately unable to accept individuals who are outside the following sizes. 
Helmet- 48-63 cm / 19-25 in
Harness waist- 58-120 cm / 23-47 in
Harness leg- 43-77 cm / 17-30 in
There is a little more latitude with clothing sizes. Depending upon the trip you may be able to bring your own articles. These are the sizes we are able to accommodate.
Boots- 6-14 US / 39.5-48 Eur
Drysuit- S-XXL 157-193 cm, 52-138 kg / 5'2"-6'4", 115-305 lb

Conditions

I accept the following conditions:

• Rocky Mountain Canyoning reserves the right to cancel trips if the minimum number of participants is not reached, or if weather or any other situation should demand this.
• Rocky Mountain Canyoning and its agents finalize all arrangements upon the express condition that they shall not be liable for illness, injury, accident, death, accidental loss or delay.
•  I release Rocky Mountain Canyoning from all liability, claims, actions or debts that may arise as a result of my participation in activities arranged for me by Rocky Mountain Canyoning.
• I have read and agree to all the conditions stated. You will be asked to sign the waiver prior to commencement of the trip. (Waiver has been provided here for your convenience).

Your Responsibilities

• Please inform us if you have any medical or physical conditions that may affect your performance on a trip. We will do our best to make the necessary accommodations. 
• Please advise if you are non swimmer or afraid of heights. We have a plan for that.
• Make sure you understand any instructions that are given to you.  
• Ask questions! We want to ensure you have an amazing trip.

Cancellation Policy

• If you have booked and do not show for your trip there will be no refund.
• You can cancel at no charge up to 48 hours prior to your trip. Refunds within 48 hours of the trip will occur at our discretion.
• Trips cancelled by us prior to departure will be fully refunded.
• Trips not completed for safety reasons will not be refund.
• We are happy to keep you informed and feel free to call a day or two in advance and we can let you know the conditions.

Our Responsibilities

• Ultimately we want to ensure that you have the most memorable experience, for the right reasons. 
• We will make determinations on whether a trip will proceed and/or continue. Factors will include weather, human and other variables that we may have or not have control of. 
• Guides will manage the trip and oversee the activities. This includes the use of equipment and techniques. 
• Guides will have the final say regarding trip safety, timing and activities.
